Built by a crew dad
BoathouseOS started on the bank of a regatta course. Lineups were in one place, race times in another, the food tent sign-up somewhere else, and the rest was buried in group texts and email. That's eight places to check just to know when your kid races and what to bring.
So a rowing parent built one app that has all of it, and kept building it with the coaches, rowers and parents who use it every week.
Veteran-owned company
Set the boats
Coaches build lineups the way a crew sits: cox, stroke, down to bow.
- Saved crews and standard practice lineups load in one tap
- Rowers who check in fill the empty seats
- When someone calls out, the coach hears who can move up
- Oar sheets, and Launch and Recovery jobs for every boat

Or the usual patchwork
Plenty of clubs run on a registration system plus a free group chat. SportsEngine's HQ Premium plan is $749 a year, plus 3.25% and $2 on every registration payment. GroupMe and Remind are free, but they're only messaging: no lineups, no boats, no race day.
Coming from another app?
Bring your roster and fleet over from a spreadsheet. The importer reads iCrew's member and boat exports, RegattaCentral and SportsEngine files.
Get it for your club
Tell us about your club and we'll set you up: your colors, your logo, your roster and fleet brought over. Or look around the demo first.
